About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Licensed Practical Nurse to join our nursing team at The Gables of Gainesville. As a key member of our clinical services team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and train nursing staff to deliver exceptional care
  • Verify medication distribution and required documentation
  • Participate in resident assessments and service planning
  • Assist with move-in and move-out processes
  • Provide direct care during health emergencies or on-call rotations
  • Communicate effectively with residents and staff
  • Adhere to company policies and safety guidelines

Requirements
  • Current LPN nursing license and CPR certification
  • At least 1 year of prior relevant experience
  • Prior supervisory experience in senior living preferred
