Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Digital GTM Enablement team to design and implement a comprehensive enablement strategy and facilitate in-hub training sessions.
- Deliver extensive training programs for early-career sales professionals, covering product knowledge, market insights, sales methodologies, and acumen.
- Employ a variety of training formats, including live sessions, workshops, webinars, e-learning modules, and interactive activities to accommodate diverse learning preferences.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to sales representatives to enhance their skills, performance, and confidence.
- Utilize resources from global initiatives to promote knowledge acquisition and skills enhancement.
- Ensure alignment with the office requirements of the Digital GTM team.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Strong background in go-to-market strategies, with experience in closing roles and outbound prospecting.
- Proven experience in enterprise-level sales roles and/or in-depth understanding of the complete sales lifecycle is essential.
- Minimum of 2 years in sales, consulting, or industry GTM roles, preferably in complex software environments.
- At least 2 years of experience in Sales or GTM enablement.
- Excellent communication, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong presentation abilities and capacity to gain support for new ideas and initiatives.
- Proven ability to establish and nurture close working relationships; strong personal credibility and influencing skills; team-oriented planner and decision-maker.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and deliver aligned training in-hub.
- Strong aptitude for learning new technologies and leveraging innovative training methods and practices.
