Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Maintenance Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will provide critical support to our field-level property management operations, ensuring seamless communication with residents and efficient resolution of maintenance requests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Represent the company in a professional manner as the primary point of contact for resident service requests
  • Manage general email boxes, providing information and re-directing as necessary
  • Schedule landscaping and pool services for newly internalized rental homes in assigned regions
  • Maintain an organized and consistent filing system on our shared drive, adhering to company procedures
  • Coordinate service request dashboards and communicate with the Field Ops team to ensure timely completion of requests
  • Interact with residents in a professional and courteous manner, working collaboratively with team members
  • Maintain a high level of customer service and exhibit competency in all prospect/resident interactions
  • Create service requests for maintenance and assign them to internal or external resources based on company guidelines
  • Assist in creating and circulating weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting
Requirements:
  • High school graduate
  • Minimum of one year of experience in the single-family or multi-family rental industry
  • Valid driver's license
  • Commitment to providing outstanding customer and resident experience
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Work, and Excel
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with a focus on meeting goals and deadlines
Work Environment:

This is a remote position, but candidates must be located within a drivable commute to our downtown Dallas, TX office for training and team meetings. The role requires regular typing, talking, hearing, seeing, reaching, and repetitive motion, as well as routine use of standard office equipment and computers.
