Job Title: Client Services Coordinator

Job Type: Full-time

Description:

SRS Real Estate Partners is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Services Coordinator to join its Dallas office. As a key member of the team, you will provide exceptional support to our brokers and clients, ensuring seamless transaction execution and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist brokers with daily activities, including client communication, database management, and report preparation.
  • Administer and track commercial real estate transactions from engagement to closing, and post-closing follow-up.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date company and client databases and files.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and company team members, ensuring clear communication and timely resolution of issues.
  • Manage pipelines using company tracking software and perform special projects as needed.
  • Assist account managers with client qualification and documentation activities, market research, and analysis.
  • Prepare presentations, lease analysis, and reports related to real estate transactions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4-year degree, preferably in an analytical field.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, time management, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Real Estate License not required, but will need to acquire within six months.
