We are looking for a highly motivated Customer Service and Operations Coordinator to join our team at MiTek USA. As a key member of our Service Team, you will be responsible for coordinating service work order projects, assisting with customer service, and performing various administrative tasks.

This is a full-time position that requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail. You will be working closely with internal office personnel and field union employees to ensure seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage service work order projects from start to finish.">
  • Process jobsite survey notes, material estimates, and submit proposals to customers.">
  • Assist with supplier quotes and orders, and create purchase orders for materials.">
  • Utilize Microsoft Teams to communicate material lead times and updates project schedules.">
  • Assist with customer invoicing and new hire/rehire paperwork.">

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.">
  • Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities.">
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.">
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.">
  • Experience with Vista Viewpoint or similar software.">

Compensation and Benefits

">

The estimated salary for this position is $48,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
