Responsibilities
  • Daily Bank and Credit Card Deposits: Ensure timely and accurate transactions
  • Cash Clearing Reconciliation: Verify and balance cash transactions
  • Enter Warranty Payments: Process warranty claims efficiently
  • Pre-Stocking Vehicles: Prepare vehicles for sale
  • Warranty/GAP Registration: Register warranty and GAP claims
  • Accounts Receivable: Manage customer payments and invoices
  • Supply Inventory and Ordering: Maintain and replenish inventory
  • Provide Administrative Support: Assist management and other departments as needed
Qualifications
  • Ability to Handle Multiple Tasks: Prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
  • Strong Analytical and Numbers Sense: Accurately process financial transactions
  • Strong Detail and Organization Skills: Maintain accurate records and files
  • Good Social and Interpersonal Skills: Communicate effectively with colleagues and customers
