Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Assembly Technician to join our team at Goodway Technologies Corporation. As an Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for assembling and testing products, ensuring high-quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble and test products according to specifications and quality standards
  • Verify and inspect products for defects and quality issues
  • Use various tools and equipment to assemble and test products
  • Collaborate with production team to ensure efficient and effective production processes
  • Participate in quality control and improvement initiatives

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of manufacturing processes
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a manufacturing or production environment
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and practices
  • Certification in quality control or a related field

Work Environment:

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with a focus on quality and efficiency.
