National Seating & Mobility (NSM) is a leading provider of complex mobility solutions, and we're seeking a skilled Technician to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and ensuring the timely receipt, assembly, and delivery of our products to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to service calls and perform quality repairs in various environments, including branches, fields, clinics, schools, and care homes.
- Assemble seating, mobility, and specialty equipment according to factory and clinical specifications.
- Provide inventory control and counts for custom, special orders, and stock items processed in the branch.
- Deliver equipment as directed by Branch operations and Field leaders, ensuring fitting, instruction, compliance, and customer service requirements are met.
- Offer technical support to Rehab Technology Specialists as needed and directed by Operational Branch and Field leadership.
Requirements:
- Able to lift 50 pounds (with or without accommodation).
- Valid driver's license.
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalency certificate.
