Urethane Technician

Kable Staffing is seeking a skilled Urethane Technician to join our team in Fairfield, OH. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity that offers a range of benefits and opportunities for growth.

• Operate urethane open molding equipment and perform assemblies with precision and attention to detail.
• Use hand and power tools to complete tasks efficiently and effectively.
• Identify and communicate technical issues to ensure seamless production.
• Perform tasks and tests with minimal supervision and maintain accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with colleagues to meet daily priorities and project deadlines.
• Develop expertise in new processes and procedures to stay up-to-date with industry standards.
• Operate a forklift and other shop equipment safely and efficiently.
• Run the Trico Poly Systems: Polyurethane Processing Equipment with confidence and accuracy.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and healthy environment.

• At least 2 years of experience in light industrial manufacturing or production is preferred.
• Proficiency in the use of hand and power tools, ability to identify and communicate technical problems, and ability to perform tasks and tests with minimal instruction and documentation.
• Experience with surface prep equipment, including Blastrac and Diamond Grinding equipment, is a plus.
