Sales Manager Job Description

RoadSafe Traffic Systems is seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue in the state of Tennessee.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Manage sales and marketing efforts to expand the customer base
  • Collaborate with engineering consultants and DOT officials to drive product sales
  • Oversee contract negotiations and manage relationships with key customers
  • Design and implement grass roots marketing campaigns to penetrate new markets
  • Provide continuous training to customers to ensure high-level customer service and product knowledge
  • Submit weekly activity reports and sales data for review

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of outside sales experience
  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
