Gong is seeking a seasoned Demand Generation Specialist to drive pipeline impact and uplevel our campaigns. This role will report to the Senior Manager of Demand Generation and partner closely with our Content, Product Marketing, Sales Development, and Marketing Operations teams.

Responsibilities
  • Drive pipeline impact by creating and executing campaigns that drive leads, MQLs, and pipeline.
  • Experiment and run data-driven experiments to uplevel our campaigns and processes.
  • Create campaigns-in-a-box and turn successful campaign experiments into repeatable programs, increasing team efficiency and impact.
  • Develop buyer journeys and nurtures, defining audiences, marketing activities, and timing.
  • Mature campaign strategy, designing and orchestrating campaign strategies across the full funnel.
  • Execute webinar, direct mail, and email campaigns, project managing and executing to generate pipeline and accelerate opportunities.
  • Campaign impact analysis, measuring performance and generating data-driven insights to improve future campaign performance.
  • Enable Sales, partnering with Sales and SDRs on campaigns to maximize impact and drive open opportunities.
Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on demand generation in a SaaS environment.
  • Familiarity with marketing and sales technologies, including Marketo, Salesforce, Sendoso, and other relevant tools.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze campaign performance metrics to drive improvements in marketing strategies.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to succinctly communicate cross-functionally.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to drive multiple projects end-to-end.
  • Data-driven, with a commitment to experimenting until measurable results are seen.
  • Strong writing skills, with experience creating content for email, webinars, or web pages.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Growth mindset, with a desire to learn and grow.
