Job Overview
We are seeking a seasoned marketing leader to assume the role of Director of Demand Generation in a fully remote capacity. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving our growth through innovative demand generation strategies. Your expertise will be essential in enhancing inbound marketing efforts, exploring new paid acquisition channels, and optimizing the buyer journey across all stages of the sales funnel.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive demand generation strategies that align with our ambitious growth targets.
  2. Lead and nurture content and SEO teams, fostering a high-performance culture rooted in collaboration.
  3. Spearhead the creation and optimization of compelling content that resonates with and converts our target audience.
  4. Collaborate closely with the SEO team to devise and execute strategies that enhance organic search rankings and increase website traffic.
  5. Design and execute lead nurturing strategies to convert prospects into sales-ready leads.
  6. Partner with media agencies to create and optimize impactful paid search, social, display, and video campaigns that drive customer acquisition.
  7. Oversee paid lead acquisition initiatives across CPC, CPL, and affiliate channels.
  8. Utilize data analytics to assess, refine, and report on the effectiveness and ROI of demand generation efforts.
  9. Manage relationships with external consultants, vendors, and contractors to ensure the timely execution of demand generation activities.

Required Skills

  1. In-depth knowledge of SEO principles, content marketing strategies, and lead generation techniques.
  2. Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  3. Strong analytical skills with the capacity to interpret data and make informed decisions based on insights.
  4. Exceptional communication, leadership, and project management abilities.
  5. Capability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment while managing multiple projects efficiently.
