Apple is seeking a dedicated and strategic professional to join the ALAC Strategy & Analytics team in the capacity of a Consumer Insights Analyst. This role will utilize your extensive knowledge of financial and pricing frameworks to influence regional sales strategies and provide essential reporting on offers. Your insights will play a crucial role in enhancing the company's profitability and market competitiveness. Additionally, you will spearhead the creation of pricing-related dashboards in collaboration with various departments.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage analytics and reporting for the ALAC Sales division, ensuring cohesive understanding of market offer strategies and performance across all teams.
- Develop expertise in market pricing and offer dynamics, serving as the go-to resource for regional inquiries related to offers.
- Conduct thorough analyses of extensive datasets to track pricing modifications, offer effectiveness, and propose enhancements for competitive advantage.
- Evaluate competitors' pricing methodologies to pinpoint strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement.
- Execute sensitivity analyses to gauge potential outcomes of varying pricing strategies.
- Convert data insights into practical recommendations for business stakeholders.
- Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports and presentations to convey pricing strategies and performance metrics to senior leadership.
- Collaborate with country-specific leaders to optimize quarterly pricing initiatives.
- Partner with the data team to ensure the accuracy and integrity of pricing information.
- Establish and maintain a roadmap for pricing dashboards, including future enhancements and backlog items.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in strategy, finance, business analysis, or a related field, ideally within a large corporate environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in pricing analysis, preferably in a comparable industry.
  • Expertise in large-scale data analysis; advanced proficiency in Excel.
  • Practical experience with BI tools and platforms such as Tableau.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, data-driven projects involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative discipline.

  • Outstanding organizational, communication, and leadership abilities; capable of influencing cross-functional teams.
  • Resourceful problem-solver with the capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with statistical techniques for determining optimal pricing levels is advantageous.
