Regional Sales Account Manager

EquipmentShare is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Account Manager to join our Core Solutions team in Palmetto, FL. As a Territory Account Manager, you will be responsible for expanding our existing customer base by building strong relationships with contractors and construction company principals. Our Core Solutions branches offer a wide range of construction equipment rentals, including aerial equipment, earth moving equipment, material handling equipment, and more.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share and improve customer experience.
- Build and maintain relationships with contractors and construction company principals to increase equipment rentals and improve customer satisfaction.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, requests, and complaints, and conduct sales presentations to prospective and existing customers.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest EquipmentShare products and services, and educate customers on how we can help them save money, make more money, and operate more efficiently.
**Requirements:**
- First and foremost, we're looking for someone who's tenacious and innovative with a proven sales track record.
- Heavy Construction Equipment or Industry knowledge (rental or construction) with experience in B2B sales is preferred, but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Competitive, self-motivated, and results-driven, with a passion for building strong relationships and driving business growth.
