Job Overview:

1. Uphold the standards of the WOW (Wow Operating Way) methodology.
2. Assess the necessary repair tasks and create cost estimates for clients. Utilize a variety of tools including cutting torches, plasma cutters, hydraulic lifts, hammers, and pliers to restore vehicle sections.
3. Repair minor body imperfections such as dents and dimples; when required, mix and apply filler materials to address damages that cannot be fixed through other techniques.
4. Adjust car chassis and frames to rectify structural impairments.
5. Extract damaged vehicle components and substitute them with new or aftermarket parts. Repair or replace glass and windshields as necessary.
6. Repair or replace interior components as needed.
7. Weld and securely attach parts, ensuring proper fitment, and prepare and repaint vehicles using factory-approved paint or an agreed equivalent.
8. Strive to complete repair orders within the designated labor timeframes. Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles post-repair to confirm the quality of work.
9. Undertake additional related responsibilities as assigned.
