Job Overview:

1. Uphold the standards of the WOW (Wow Operating Way) initiative.
2. Assess the necessary repair tasks and formulate cost estimates for clients. Utilize a variety of tools including cutting equipment, plasma cutters, hydraulic jacks, hammers, and pliers to mend vehicle sections.
3. Repair minor body imperfections by hammering out dents and dimples; when necessary, mix and apply filler resins for more extensive damage.
4. Adjust car chassis and frames to rectify structural impairments.
5. Extract damaged vehicle sections and substitute them with new or aftermarket components. Address glass and windshield replacements or repairs as required.
6. Repair or replace interior components as necessary.
7. Weld and secure parts in place, and prepare and repaint vehicles using factory-specified paint or an agreed-upon equivalent.
8. Strive to fulfill work orders within designated labor time frames. Conduct thorough inspections post-repair to ensure all tasks have been executed accurately.
9. Undertake additional related responsibilities as assigned.
