Position Overview:

The HRIS / Payroll Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting the Human Resources department, focusing on the technical and employee-related aspects of our Payroll and Workforce Management system, Ceridian Dayforce.

  • Serve as the primary contact for all payroll-related system inquiries, ensuring prompt resolution and maintaining system accuracy.
  • Identify and resolve HRIS-related challenges, including Workforce Management, Time Away from Work, and system access issues.
  • Assist in configuring system modules to meet business requirements and conduct audits on existing implementations.
  • Engage in cross-departmental project teams to advance HR initiatives and system improvements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather system requirements, implement enhancements, and manage updates.
  • Conduct testing for new features and updates, ensuring system functionality and reliability.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of system processes and resolutions.
  • Provide training to end-users on system features and best practices.
  • Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance the efficiency of Dayforce.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with Dayforce is required.
  • Proficient in Dayforce Workforce Management, Payroll, and Time Away from Work modules.
  • Strong technical skills and a solid understanding of HR processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
