Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will:

  • Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate communication, and finalizing the hiring process.
  • Collaborate with senior HR personnel to enhance recruitment policies and practices, ensuring a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Represent the university at various recruitment events and job fairs.
