Position Overview:

The HRIS / Payroll Coordinator will play a vital role within the Human Resources department, focusing on technical support and employee assistance related to our Payroll and Workforce Management system, Ceridian Dayforce.

  • Serve as the primary contact for all payroll-related system inquiries, ensuring prompt resolution and maintaining system integrity.
  • Address and resolve HRIS-related challenges, including Workforce Management, Time Away from Work, and System Access.
  • Assist in configuring system modules to meet business requirements and audit existing implementations.
  • Engage in cross-functional project teams to support HR initiatives and system improvements.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather system requirements, implement enhancements, and facilitate updates.
  • Conduct testing for new features, updates, and fixes to ensure system functionality and reliability.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of system processes, procedures, and resolutions.
  • Provide training to end-users on system functionalities and best practices.
  • Identify opportunities for process enhancements and recommend solutions to improve the efficiency of Dayforce.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience with Dayforce is required.
  • Proficiency in Dayforce Workforce Management, Payroll, and Time Away from Work modules is essential.
  • Strong technical skills and a solid understanding of HR processes are necessary.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail are critical.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
