Nurse Care Specialist

As a Registered Nurse with our team at Village Shores, an Assisted Living Facility, you will play a crucial role in the well-being of our residents. You will actively impact resident-centered care plans while ensuring that customer service is at the forefront of every interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Use your caring nursing skills to provide high-quality care to our residents.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
- Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Provide education and support to residents and their families on health-related topics.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the overall resident experience.
Requirements:
- Current nursing license
- At least two years of nursing experience in assisted living or similar facility (preferred)
- Experience in geriatric assessment, Alzheimer's and Dementia training, clinical nursing practice updates, and working with unlicensed personnel is required
