Nurse Care Specialist

As a dedicated member of our Franciscan Ministries team, you will provide exceptional nursing care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met. This role requires a compassionate and skilled nurse who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
Supervise and coordinate activities performed by Nursing Assistants to maintain quality care.
Handle admission, transfer, and discharge of residents, ensuring a smooth transition process.
Keep healthcare professionals informed of changes in resident conditions, promoting a collaborative approach to care.
Respond promptly to emergencies, demonstrating a commitment to resident safety and well-being.
Requirements
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
Active LPN or RN license.
1+ years of Nursing experience, with a focus on long-term care.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment, prioritizing resident needs and collaborating with colleagues.
