About the role: Nurse Care Specialist
Cooperstown Center is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in Cooperstown, NY. As a Nurse Care Specialist, you will provide exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized care and support to residents, including administering medication and treatments
- Monitor residents' health and well-being, documenting any changes or concerns
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for residents, adhering to infection-control policies and protocols
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care
Requirements:
- Current State Registered Nurse RN License
- Long-Term Care experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
