Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Solar Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for educating homeowners on the benefits of solar energy, customizing solutions based on their needs, and learning how to integrate HVAC services to maximize their energy savings. Your primary objective will be to meet or exceed monthly sales targets for both solar and HVAC solutions.
Responsibilities
- Conduct consultations with homeowners to discuss solar energy benefits
- Educate clients on the financial and environmental benefits of solar energy
- Customize solar solutions based on client energy usage and billing information
- Train on HVAC systems and services to enhance sales approach
- Cross-sell HVAC services to provide comprehensive energy solutions
- Develop strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
- Stay updated on industry trends, energy policies, and HVAC technology
Requirements
- 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in solar or HVAC industries
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Interest in renewable energy and energy-efficient HVAC systems
- Ability to learn technical details related to solar and HVAC services
- Self-motivated, with a goal-oriented mindset
