About the Role

PragerU is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Strategic Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with donors, identifying new opportunities for growth, and developing strategies to achieve our fundraising goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Donor Engagement: Develop and implement a comprehensive donor engagement strategy to build strong relationships with existing donors and identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Donor Research: Conduct research to identify high-capacity donors and develop strategies to engage them in our mission.
  • Fundraising Strategies: Develop and implement fundraising strategies to achieve our annual fundraising goals.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with our development team to ensure seamless execution of fundraising efforts.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports to our leadership team on donor engagement, fundraising progress, and other key metrics.
Requirements
  • 2-5 years of experience in fundraising, sales, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with donors.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with donors, colleagues, and leadership.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to develop and implement effective fundraising strategies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
