Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Development Manager to join our team at the Housing Authority of the City of Los Angeles, CA. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing and implementing strategic initiatives that drive growth and development in our community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organizational goals
  • Manage and coordinate projects related to community development, housing, and sustainability
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address community needs
  • Provide technical assistance and support to community members and organizations
  • Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in project management, community development, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience working with government agencies, non-profit organizations, or community-based initiatives
  • Knowledge of grant management and development standards
