">$13.25 - $15.00 per hour, plus incentives based on performance.
">About the Role
">We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for sales and customer service.
">The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing agreements, processing renewal payments, and maintaining the showroom floor.
">Required Skills and Qualifications

- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

">- Age: 21 years old (18 in Canada)

- Valid state Driver's License and must meet DOT requirements for certification (U.S.)
Additional Requirements
">- Flexible schedule with availability between 8 am to 9 pm
- Able to perform physical job, including lifting to 50 lbs. without help and 300 lbs. with a dolly
