About the Role

The British Standards Institution (BSI) is seeking a highly skilled Client Manager to deliver audit services to assigned clients in accordance with all BSI, scheme, and regulatory requirements. As a Client Manager, you will be responsible for conducting various types of audits as Team Leader or Team Member, ensuring timely, cost-effective service delivery that meets customer needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Attend required training and follow all procedures, processes, and policies within BSI for client management, home-based office management, and communication.
  • Follow the training plan to reach assessor status and then Lead assessor status through the prescribed program.
  • Participate in additional training based on future business needs.
  • Manage a portfolio of assigned clients based on location and a match of qualifications and client contract requirements.
  • Responsible for contracting clients, scheduling visits, planning assessments, making travel plans, conducting assessments, reporting, and managing results.
  • Monitor client accounts to ensure records, PointGlobal information, visit cycle, invoicing, and other related matters are properly dealt with to maintain client satisfaction.
  • Lead teams when necessary and mentor and coach new or inexperienced colleagues as needed to meet business needs.
Requirements
  • Associate's or higher (or equivalent certification or work experience).
  • At least 4 years of practical information technology experience, of which at least 2 years are in a role or function relating to information security.
  • Generic knowledge of management system auditing practices.
