- 1+ years of medical revenue cycle experience, with a strong understanding of healthcare billing and collection practices.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to read, understand, and follow verbal and written instructions.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet-based applications.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience with patient information/claims system reimbursement processes.
- Knowledge of healthcare billing and/or collections practices, including PPO, HMO, Indemnity, Medicare, Medicaid, and Workers Compensation.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
