Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team in the Tampa Bay market. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and building relationships with target clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting for new business opportunities and identifying potential sales leads
  • Developing and maintaining key relationships with target clients
  • Conducting education and training programs to grow our sales with commercial opportunities
  • Executing tactics to support overall company strategies and goals
  • Working closely with our Sales Consultant to drive profitable revenue growth
  • Participating in industry events and networking functions to generate leads

Requirements:

  • 5+ years outside sales experience required, preferably within the restoration industry
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and multitasking capability
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel regularly

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Base salary: $60,000 per year
  • Commission-based bonus structure
