Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist Contingent Cottage Days

We are seeking a highly skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our team at Henry Ford Health System. As a CRNA, you will be responsible for administering anesthesia to patients undergoing surgical procedures, obstetrical deliveries, and other medical and dental procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Administer intravenous, inhalation, and regional anesthetics to render patients insensible to pain during surgical procedures, obstetrical deliveries, or other medical and dental procedures.
- Provide airway management services as needed throughout the hospital.
- Collaborate with anesthesiologists and other healthcare providers to ensure safe and effective anesthesia care.
- Conduct pre-anesthetic assessments and document findings.
- Maintain accurate and complete documentation of care for all procedures.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and programs to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing and anesthesia.
- Master's degree required.
- Current State of Michigan RN License and CRNA Certification.
- Ability to work harmoniously in collaborative situations with anesthesiologists and other healthcare providers.
- 2-3 years' experience as a CRNA.
- Ability to rotate to other ambulatory sites.
Frequent walking, bending, and lifting may be required to perform duties. Work is generally in an operating room environment, but can be in Radiology, ICU, ER, or wherever nurse anesthesia services are required in the hospital.
