Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse Anesthetist to join our team at Henry Ford Health System. As a Nurse Anesthetist, you will be responsible for administering anesthesia to patients undergoing surgical procedures, obstetrical deliveries, and other medical and dental procedures. **Responsibilities:** * Administer intravenous, inhalation, and regional anesthetics to render patients insensible to pain during surgical procedures, obstetrical deliveries, or other medical and dental procedures. * Provide airway management services as needed throughout the hospital. * Collaborate with anesthesiologists and other healthcare providers to ensure safe and effective anesthesia care. * Maintain accurate and complete records of patient care and anesthesia administration. * Participate in quality improvement initiatives and programs to enhance patient care and safety. **Requirements:** * Graduation from an accredited school of nursing and anesthesia. * Master's degree required. * Current State of Michigan RN License and CRNA Certification. * ALS and BLS Certification. * Ability to work harmoniously in collaborative situations with anesthesiologists and other healthcare providers. **Working Conditions:** * Frequent walking, bending, and lifting may be required to perform duties. * Work is generally in an operating room environment, but can be in Radiology, ICU, ER, or wherever nurse anesthesia services are required in the hospital. * Working conditions are variable with exposure to communicable diseases and other hazards. **What We Offer:** * Competitive salary and benefits package. * Opportunities for professional growth and development. * Collaborative and supportive work environment.
