Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our team in the perioperative care setting. As a CRNA, you will be responsible for administering anesthesia to patients undergoing surgical procedures, obstetrical deliveries, and other medical and dental procedures.

ResponsibilitiesLeadership and Collaboration
  • Provide leadership in the professional practice setting, supporting and contributing to the professional development of peers and colleagues.
  • Collaborate with anesthesiologists and other healthcare providers to plan and coordinate perioperative care.
Patient Care
  • Conduct pre-anesthetic assessments and document findings.
  • Administer anesthesia to patients of all ages and ASA classes, including geriatrics and pediatrics.
  • Provide airway management services as needed throughout the hospital.
Quality and Safety
  • Use the nursing process to plan, deliver, and evaluate goal-focused, individualized care for patients with complex pathophysiological needs and/or psychosocial needs.
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory standards regarding practice, environment, and documentation.
Education and Research
  • Participate in professional development and continuous learning.
  • Provide education for staff, colleagues, patients, and/or families.
Community and Finance
  • Participate in community activities and/or professional organizations.
  • Aware of financial implications of actions and decisions based on factors related to safety and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited school of nursing and anesthesia.
  • Master's degree required.
  • Ability to work harmoniously in collaborative situations with anesthesiologists and other healthcare providers.

  • BLS Certification
