**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Multifamily Sales Representative to join our sales team. As a Sales Professional, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to new and existing customers, building strong relationships, and driving sales growth.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Promote and sell our products to new and existing customers, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Assist with the selection of products best suited to customer needs, providing expert advice and guidance.
  • Prepare and communicate price quotations, terms of sales, delivery dates, and service obligations to customers.
  • Continuously offer customers our full product line and services, promoting full-package selling.
  • Maintain high levels of service and quality, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Prepare reports as directed by management, including sales, profit margin, and expense.
  • Work with local and national accounts, focusing on tract builder sales, to promote sales and resolve problems.
  • Stay up-to-date with new products and market trends, providing expert knowledge and advice to customers.
  • Collaborate with operations manager to develop a consistent service level across locations.

**Requirements**

  • Minimum education: Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, or related field.
  • Special skills: Working knowledge of building materials industry and products, ability to negotiate prices and contractual agreements.
  • Special knowledge: Working knowledge of accounting principles and local building codes and compliance requirements.
  • Other: Computer literate.

**Preferred Qualifications**

  • Minimum experience: 3 years sales experience in building materials supply.
