Child Care Support Staff

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate support teacher to join our team at Little People Learning Center. As a support teacher, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing and engaging environment for our young learners.
Key Responsibilities- Provide support to classrooms, covering breaks, sick days, and PTO
- Instruct students in activities designed to promote intellectual, physical, and creative growth
- Create a fun and safe learning environment
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and co-workers
- Communicate with parents on students' growth and progress
- Maintain the health and safety of all students
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Availability for an 8-hour shift, 5 days a week
- Previous experience in childcare or teaching, a plus
- Passionate about working with children
- Ability to build rapport with children and parents
- Positive and patient demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience creating and carrying out curriculum
- Experience in child care
- First Aid and CPR certification
