Role Summary:

We are in search of a highly proficient Enterprise Architect to shape our overarching technology strategy and architecture. This pivotal role will focus on aligning our technology solutions with business objectives, emphasizing the optimization of platforms such as ServiceNow, Salesforce, and ERP systems to enhance operational workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architecture Design and Strategy:
    • Develop and uphold the enterprise architecture roadmap, ensuring it aligns with organizational goals and IT strategies.
    • Create scalable, adaptable, and secure architectural solutions that facilitate the integration of ServiceNow, Salesforce, and ERP systems.
  • Platform Expertise:
    • Act as a subject matter expert on ServiceNow, Salesforce, and ERP solutions, comprehending their functionalities and best practices.
    • Assess new features and functionalities, recommending enhancements to maximize their effectiveness within the organization.
  • Integration Solutions:
    • Design and implement integration strategies that promote seamless data exchange and process automation across enterprise systems.
    • Ensure compliance with data integrity and security standards throughout integrated platforms.
  • Governance and Best Practices:
    • Establish and enforce architectural standards and guidelines for the development of solutions on key platforms.
    • Provide direction and support to development teams to ensure compliance with architectural principles.
  • Collaboration:
    • Work closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
    • Effectively communicate architectural decisions and strategies to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    • Identify opportunities for process enhancement and innovation utilizing ServiceNow, Salesforce, and ERP technologies.
    • Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to foster ongoing improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • Over 10 years of experience in enterprise architecture, particularly with ServiceNow, Salesforce, and ERP solutions.
  • Demonstrated success in designing and implementing complex architectural solutions in large organizations.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of ServiceNow, Salesforce, and ERP platforms, including their configuration and integration capabilities.
  • Strong grasp of architectural frameworks and governance principles.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
  • Preferred certifications in enterprise architecture and platform-specific credentials.
