You will diagnose cellular issues including connectivity, stability, and data transfer speeds. You will troubleshoot issues at all layers of the OSI model affecting each unit's gateway and any devices on its LAN including cameras, speakers, and Linux hosts.Utilize charts, logs, internal documentation, and other data to troubleshoot and diagnose connectivity issues with offline or underperforming units. Collaborate with technicians via our ticketing system and occasionally by phone to resolve physical connectivity and operability issues. Strive to resolve a high percentage of incoming work efficiently, working with peers and experts as needed. Document all troubleshooting steps and findings thoroughly for future reference.*This particular position also requires registering with the state of Utah as an Alarm Agent. This process includes a federal background check/fingerprinting and an application.
