Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Account Manager to join our team at Factur. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for prospecting new business opportunities, maintaining multiple client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect for new business opportunities through outbound email campaigns, phone calls, and social media strategy
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients by generating leads, qualifying opportunities, and managing the sales pipeline
  • Manage account relationships to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Prior sales experience in a technical or business-to-business environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred

What We Offer:

  • $60,000 base salary, plus monthly bonuses and uncapped commissions (average total annual compensation $85,000-$100,000)
  • Hybrid work-from-home and office-based role in Plano, Texas
