Job Title: Ticketing and Box Office Supervisor

Job Summary:

The Ticketing and Box Office Supervisor is a key member of our team, responsible for overseeing and supervising the day-to-day operations of our ticketing and box office functions. This role requires a strong focus on customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and train ticketing and box office representatives to ensure excellent customer service and adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve ticket sales, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the ticketing and marketing teams to execute promotions, pre-sales, and on-sales, and ensure seamless execution of ticket sales programs.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of ticket sales, customer interactions, and operational data.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, resolving conflicts and addressing guest inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work closely with the ticketing and box office management team to ensure smooth operations, address personnel matters, and provide input on departmental initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve ticketing and box office operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Two or more years of supervisory experience in a call center or box office environment.
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Experience with ticketing systems, preferably Tessitura.
