Key Responsibilities:- Delivery: Complete scheduled and reactive ski/snowboard rental fittings, focusing on our three Key Customer Requirements:
- KCR: On Time - Arrive within 5 minutes of the agreed-upon time
- KCR: Communication - Set clear expectations around the entire scope of service
- KCR: Equipment - Choose the right equipment for each guest given their skills and current conditions at the resort
- Support: Provide equipment support to our guests within 45 minutes
- Pickup: Bring back all scheduled returns to the shop, sanitize, re-sticker, and tune for their next use
- Maintenance: Maintain delivery vehicle cleanliness and fuel levels
- Packing: Pack orders for future delivery
- Setup: Set up the next shift and future team members for success
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform basic ski/snowboard tuning, waxing, and general equipment maintenance
- Customer Service: Make/answer customer phone calls with a positive and inviting tone of voice
- Inventory Management: Restock delivery vehicles with extra equipment
