Ski Butlers is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Ski Technician to join our team. As a Ski Technician, you will be the face of our company, interacting with customers daily by delivering equipment rentals to their accommodations, providing on-mountain support service, and picking up gear at the end of their rental period.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Delivery: Complete scheduled and reactive ski/snowboard rental fittings, focusing on our three Key Customer Requirements:
    • KCR: On Time - Arrive within 5 minutes of the agreed-upon time
    • KCR: Communication - Set clear expectations around the entire scope of service
    • KCR: Equipment - Choose the right equipment for each guest given their skills and current conditions at the resort
  • Support: Provide equipment support to our guests within 45 minutes
  • Pickup: Bring back all scheduled returns to the shop, sanitize, re-sticker, and tune for their next use
  • Maintenance: Maintain delivery vehicle cleanliness and fuel levels
  • Packing: Pack orders for future delivery
  • Setup: Set up the next shift and future team members for success
Secondary Responsibilities:
  • Equipment Maintenance: Perform basic ski/snowboard tuning, waxing, and general equipment maintenance
  • Customer Service: Make/answer customer phone calls with a positive and inviting tone of voice
  • Inventory Management: Restock delivery vehicles with extra equipment
