Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Ski Boot Fitter to join our team at Big Sky Resort. As a Ski Boot Fitter, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that every guest leaves the resort with the perfect pair of skis.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert boot fitting services to guests, ensuring a comfortable and secure fit.
  • Utilize your knowledge of current boot models and ski products to make informed recommendations to guests.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to resort standards.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on the latest boot fitting techniques and products.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in boot fitting or a related field is preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
