Job DescriptionThe Clinical Supervisor will serve as a vital member of the Domestic Violence Resource Center's counseling team. Reporting to the Counseling Services Director, this role will oversee the development and implementation of counseling programs, provide individual and group counseling services to clients, and supervise graduate interns. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in counseling, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for working with survivors of domestic violence.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage counseling programs for children, adolescents, and adults, including creating treatment plans and conducting regular progress updates.
  • Provide individual and group counseling services to clients, focusing on trauma-informed care and evidence-based practices.
  • Supervise and train graduate interns, ensuring they receive comprehensive training and support throughout their internship.
  • Collaborate with other departments and teams to promote a comprehensive approach to serving survivors of domestic violence.
Requirements
  • A Master's degree in Counseling or Social Work is required, along with licensure (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) and three years of post-Master's experience.
  • Excellent leadership and clinical skills, with a strong focus on trauma-informed care and evidence-based practices.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.

Estimated Salary: $75,000 - $100,000 per year.
