Domestic Violence Specialist

Main Responsibilities
- Develop and manage counseling programs for children, adolescents, and adults, including creating treatment plans and conducting regular progress updates.
- Provide individual and group counseling services to clients, focusing on trauma-informed care and evidence-based practices.
- Supervise and train graduate interns, ensuring they receive comprehensive training and support throughout their internship.
- Collaborate with other departments and teams to promote a comprehensive approach to serving survivors of domestic violence.
- A Master's degree in Counseling or Social Work is required, along with licensure (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) and three years of post-Master's experience.
- Excellent leadership and clinical skills, with a strong focus on trauma-informed care and evidence-based practices.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
Estimated Salary: $75,000 - $100,000 per year.
