Position Overview:
As a Retail Sales Representative, you will be an integral part of a skilled team that embodies the values of Lands' End by delivering outstanding service to our customers in a professional and friendly manner.

This role enhances customer experiences and drives profitable sales through product knowledge and advanced selling techniques. Retail Sales Representatives also play a crucial role in maintaining store and visual brand standards. This is a part-time position, approximately 25 hours per week.

Compensation:
The pay range for this role is $17.00 per hour. An employee's compensation within this range will depend on various factors, including education, qualifications, experience, skills, geographical location, and business needs. This position may also qualify for annual merit increases, bonuses, and/or incentive compensation.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Boost sales by employing approved consultative selling methods to identify customer needs and provide suitable solutions, which may include recommending outfit options and related items to encourage multiple unit sales.
  • Deliver the highest level of customer service by greeting customers warmly, adjusting attention based on store traffic, and suggesting solutions tailored to customer interests and needs.
  • Maintain familiarity with the Lands' End website and utilize this resource for customer solutions when products are unavailable in-store.
  • Efficiently process customer transactions using the POS and online systems, including sales, returns, and exchanges, in accordance with authorized procedures.
  • Stay informed about Lands' End products and services, as well as current fashion trends, to enhance customer service and drive sales.
  • Execute markdowns and promotional activities as required.
  • Responsible for stock replenishment and ensuring adherence to visual brand standards.

Qualifications:
  • Proven selling skills.
  • Effective communication abilities with customers and colleagues.
  • Receptive to feedback and capable of taking appropriate action.
  • Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions and meet project deadlines.
  • Flexible and adaptable to change.
  • Knowledge of Lands' End merchandise is highly preferred.
  • Previous retail experience is strongly preferred.
  • Availability and flexibility to work varied hours to meet business needs.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Capability to lift boxes weighing up to 40 pounds.
