Position Summary:

The Retail Operations Supervisor is tasked with ensuring exceptional customer service in alignment with company standards, driving sales, managing product presentation, and protecting company assets. This role acts as the lead for the store department, ensuring optimal inventory levels are maintained.

Position Specifications:

  • Expected Compensation: $24.00 per hour
  • Availability: Full-Time and Part-Time
  • Experience Level: Advanced

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales and uphold a high standard of customer service.
  • Oversee store opening and closing procedures.
  • Analyze sales patterns and develop strategies for growth.
  • Manage inventory control and strive to meet or exceed inventory targets.
  • Implement company cash handling and loss prevention protocols.
  • Lead the sales floor team and oversee the rental process.
  • Serve as a mentor, training and guiding the sales team through effective communication.
  • Deliver outstanding service to all customers.
  • Ensure accurate pricing and current promotions.
  • Restock merchandise on shelves, counters, or displays.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Position Requirements:

  • Prior experience in retail sales is essential.
  • Experience in the snow sports industry is preferred.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English is required for effective communication with team members and customers.
  • Ability to maintain knowledge of products and industry trends.
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
  • Basic computer proficiency is necessary.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, holidays, and weekends.

The expected pay range is $24.00 per hour. This reflects the anticipated compensation for this role, with individual salary decisions based on various factors.
