Job Specifications:

  • Expected Pay Range: $23.76 / hour
  • Shift & Schedule Availability: Full Time and Part Time, including Weekends and Holidays.
  • Skill Level: Advanced.

Key Responsibilities:

As the Rental Delivery Supervisor, you will oversee the operations of a busy, seasonal rental service, including ski and snowboard maintenance and servicing the entire resort. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing all facets of retail and rental operations.
  • Adapting positively to changes and uncertainties.
  • Leading a team of up to 50 frontline staff and a leadership team of 5-6.
  • Ensuring a memorable guest experience by fostering a strong culture of customer service.

Your daily tasks will typically involve:

  • Providing consistent feedback, coaching, and guidance to team members.
  • Encouraging professional growth for yourself and others.
  • Designing and implementing training plans for new associates from their first day.
  • Ensuring the department and staff have all necessary supplies.
  • Collaborating with other departments to align with overall initiatives.
  • Creating operational plans for special events and holidays.
  • Identifying sales opportunities and developing strategies accordingly.
  • Performing administrative duties.
  • Managing retail and rental inventory with a focus on cost efficiency.
  • Recruiting staff and processing payroll through a digital platform.
  • Completing other assigned duties.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience required.
  • 2 years of experience in retail or rental preferred.
  • 2 years of management experience in a resort setting.
  • Knowledge and enthusiasm for winter sports.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.

The expected pay range is $23.76. This reflects the compensation we anticipate for this position, with individual decisions based on various factors.
