Position Overview:

  • Expected Compensation: $23.76 per hour.
  • Availability: Full Time and Part Time, including weekends and holidays.
  • Experience Level: Advanced.

Key Responsibilities:

The Rental Delivery Supervisor is responsible for managing a bustling seasonal rental operation, including ski and snowboard repair services, while ensuring exceptional service throughout the resort. The supervisor's duties include:

  • Overseeing all facets of retail and rental operations.
  • Effectively navigating uncertainty and change.
  • Leading a team of up to 50 frontline staff and a leadership group of 5-6.
  • Enhancing our guests' experiences by fostering a strong culture of customer service.

Daily tasks may include:

  • Providing ongoing feedback, coaching, and support to team members.
  • Encouraging professional growth for yourself and your team.
  • Developing, implementing, and monitoring training plans for new associates from their first day.
  • Ensuring the department is well-stocked with necessary supplies.
  • Collaborating with other departments to align on key initiatives.
  • Creating operational strategies for special events and peak periods.
  • Identifying sales opportunities and devising corresponding plans.
  • Performing administrative tasks.
  • Managing inventory and supplies with a focus on cost efficiency.
  • Recruiting staff and processing payroll through a digital system.
  • Completing other assigned duties as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience required.
  • Preferred 2 years of experience in retail or rental operations.
  • 2 years of management experience in a resort setting.
  • Strong knowledge and enthusiasm for winter sports.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.

The expected pay range is $23.76 per hour. This reflects the anticipated compensation for this role, with individual salary decisions based on various factors.
