Position Overview:

The Retail Operations Supervisor is tasked with upholding superior customer service standards, driving sales, managing merchandising efforts, and protecting company assets. This role serves as the lead for the store department, ensuring optimal inventory levels are maintained.

Position Specifications:

  • Expected Pay Range: $24.00 / hour
  • Shift & Schedule Availability: Full & Part Time
  • Skill Level: Advanced

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales while maintaining a high standard of guest service.
  • Oversee the opening and closing procedures of the store.
  • Analyze sales trends and develop strategies for growth.
  • Manage inventory control and strive to meet or exceed inventory targets.
  • Enforce cash handling policies and loss prevention measures.
  • Lead the sales floor team and oversee the rental process.
  • Act as a mentor, providing training and guidance to the sales team.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to all guests.
  • Ensure accurate pricing and promotional information is displayed.
  • Restock merchandise on shelves, counters, or tables as needed.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Prior retail sales experience is required.
  • Experience in the snow sports industry is preferred.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English is required.
  • Ability to stay informed about products and trends in the industry.
  • Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Basic computer proficiency is necessary.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

The expected pay range is $24.00. This is the anticipated compensation for this position, with individual pay decisions influenced by various factors.
