Position Overview:

The Retail Operations Supervisor plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service in alignment with company standards, driving sales performance, and ensuring effective merchandising practices. This position also involves overseeing inventory management and leading the retail team to achieve operational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales and uphold a high standard of guest service.
  • Oversee the opening and closing procedures of the store.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and implement strategies for growth.
  • Manage inventory control processes to meet or exceed targets.
  • Enforce cash handling and loss prevention protocols.
  • Lead and mentor the sales team, fostering effective communication.
  • Provide outstanding service to all guests.
  • Ensure accurate pricing and promotion displays.
  • Restock merchandise on sales floors as needed.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in retail sales is essential.
  • Experience in the snow sports industry is advantageous.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English is required.
  • Strong knowledge of industry products and trends.

  • Basic computer proficiency is necessary.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
