  • Process payroll for employees using Paycom, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
  • Manage employee records, timesheets, and payroll calculations with attention to detail.
  • Address payroll-related inquiries from staff and ensure timely resolution.
  • Generate and send invoices to clients based on project milestones and services provided.
  • Maintain accurate records of invoicing activities and follow up on outstanding payments.
  • Assist with general accounting tasks, ensuring proper documentation and timely invoicing.
  • Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure payroll and invoicing processes align with company policies.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders regarding payroll and invoicing matters.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of payroll and invoice processing experience.
  • Experience in Paycom or other payroll processing systems desired.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor's degree in accounting a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
  • Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
