Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled RFP Specialist to join our dynamic team. As an RFP Specialist, you will be responsible for crafting compelling RFPs and consultant questionnaires for institutional clients. This is an excellent opportunity to make a tangible impact through your expertise in financial proposal writing and content development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop high-quality RFP responses that showcase our investment products and services.
  • Qualify RFPs by considering our firm's product/service capabilities, account minimums, and legal guidelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to complete responses, identify proposed fees, and develop comprehensive language.
  • Conduct product suitability analysis and recommend investment products for institutional clients.
  • Share responsibility for maintaining our firm's profiles on consultant databases.
  • Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of the investment management business and our firm's products and services.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in written communications development, with a strong portfolio of work.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills and strong time management skills.
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • BS/BA degree or higher in accounting, finance, economics, or a related field.
  • 1+ year of investment industry experience.
