About the Job

We are seeking a seasoned Credit Union Associate Manager to join our team at Five County Credit Union. As a leader in our operations department, you will be responsible for overseeing daily activities, mentoring staff, and driving excellence in customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and develop a team of financial service professionals, providing coaching and feedback
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth transaction processing, and maintaining high standards of quality
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop strategic initiatives, drive sales growth, and enhance member engagement
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, promoting open communication and cooperation

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field; master's degree preferred
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in banking or financial services, preferably in a management role
  • Proven track record of success in leadership, customer service, and sales growth
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
